Yes, criminals and con artists are some of the most manipulative individuals on the planet. But they are also among some of the top sales and marketing people as well as they can often move their intended victims to action without a gun or knife -- simply using persuasive personalities or (even more simply) a "good story". So what can we learn from such individuals for obviously more noble reasons? As it turns out, a lot!
On September 13th, Jeff McKissack, president of Defense By Design in Dallas, Texas will be presenting some of the personality traits and lures that make criminals and con artists such effective communicators and motivators, noting again how we can put many of these same tools to use for a more "forensic" approach to sales and marketing campaigns.
Jeff McKissack is a noted authority in the fields of risk management and threat assessment having presented to over 350,000 in live audiences over the past 31 years across the country.
Jeff regularly speaks at state and national conferences and conventions as well as onsite training to employees at companies and corporations nationwide. He also provides continuing education training to those within the medical, legal, financial, real estate, human resource, risk management, insurance, event planning, and venue management industries with that list growing each year.
